You will analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to inform product roadmaps and strategies.   • Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, measure product performance, and uncover actionable insights to support the CMX product strategy.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for CMX-sponsored ad products, identifying areas of opportunity and driving continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, data scientists, engineers, and sales teams to provide data-driven recommendations that align with business goals.
  • Customer Insights: Analyze advertiser and user behavior to uncover insights that improve targeting, engagement, and overall ad performance.
  • Experimentation: Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and guide product development decisions.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI to present insights and performance trends to stakeholders.
  • Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and stay informed on industry trends to help position CMX's advertising products as market leaders.

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in a product analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven role, preferably within an ad tech or retail media environment.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
    • Familiarity with Python or R for statistical analysis is a plus.
    • Strong knowledge of Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
  • Analytical Expertise: Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights and strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with teams in product, engineering, and business units to drive alignment and achieve shared goals.
  • Customer Focus: Deep curiosity about understanding advertiser and user behaviors, with a commitment to delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent (HS Diploma and 4 years of experience) required

MBA preferredPay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $199,144.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.Our people fuel our future.
