Process Innovation - Capital Planning - Fully Remote

This Advisor role is part of our Prescription Benefit Management (PBM) Strategy and Innovation team. Our Strategy and Innovation Team's goal is to improve the member and colleague experience through strategic ownership of capabilities and programs that will provide meaningful impact through ownership across Member Services. Strategy and Innovation is engaged across all departments of our PBM Operations, with emphasis on root cause analysis, solution ideation, design, and testing.
As the Capital Management Advisor, you will be the primary overseer of investment capital on behalf of senior leadership. You will work with partners whose projects are funded from the portfolio, and multiple partners from across the business. You will manage tracking and manage in-year capital and participate in future year capital planning. You will also be responsible for improving the capital process through innovation.
Your demonstrated experience dealing with a fast-paced environment, with the ability to learn on the fly while understanding and solving new problems will be paramount to your success. You will manage multiple priorities at once with excellent attention to detail and will require a high level of independent judgment and initiative.
Main responsibilities include:
1.Portfolio Management - the management of in-year capital (both IT hours and hardware/software dollars)
2.Portfolio Planning - support the PBM annual capital planning process
3.Process Improvement - work with business, IT, and Finance team members to update and refine capital allocation process
4+ years of consulting or related high-level analytical experience in an operational environment.
• Demonstrated experience working with and creating complex spreadsheets (can perform complex functions), databases, and presentation software, including a working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
