Network Relations Specialist

Job Description
- Achieve specific production standards across provider onboarding applications, provider assistance inquiries, and provider data updates as defined by department management. Role will require expertise across affected Aetna systems and several cross-functional stakeholder groups (effective relationships are critical). Such expertise will be applied during production activities when defining and/or determining appropriate internal processes and steps to execute to complete a given task (commonly requiring cross-functional partnership and collaboration).
- Researches, identifies root cause, and creates resolution alternatives and plans for non-routine and high impact issues (individual and systemic) in accordance with compliance and regulatory requirements within specified turnaround times with minimal oversight .


- Aligns internal and external constituents and decision makers on alternatives, recommended resolution plan(s), and risk mitigation factors to resolve information gaps and respond to direct inquiries.
- Ensures accuracy of provider network data components by engaging in reviews and process audits and using subject matter expertise to manage cross-functional and cross-discipline changes to resolve current and prevent future issues.
- Role is committed to continuous process improvements. Role proactively identifies process and/or partnership improvement opportunities, evaluates and discusses with department management, and implements these adjustments.
- Creates and manages action plans for assigned network initiatives with accountability for outcomes.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 18.50
Maximum: 34.60

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in Network or related business environment with exposure to provider systems, processes, etc. is required.
- 1-2 years of experience working with business systems, applications, and tools (such as Rumba, Salesforce, PRMS or EPDB).

Preferred Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to balance multiple concurrent priorities.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, problem resolution and interpersonal skills.
- Desktop Tool experience - Microsoft Office

Education
- Associate degree or equivalent experience.
