And we do it all with heart, each and every day.The Mgr, Rx Return Logistics will be responsible for managing the pharmaceutical nonsalable returns process improvements and risk mitigation with CVS Health's return processes. This position will be a key point of contact with our internal and external partners for program management work as a means to identify process improvements and risk mitigation needs related to pharmacy reverse logistics.This is a key role in providing leadership with confidence in program sustainability, financial risk reduction, financial and value based reporting, and relationship management with key stakeholders across the enterprise.The ideal candidate will be located out of the Cumberland, RI office. Other locations will be considered for the right fit.Primary Responsibilities:

Point of contact for internal and external reverse logistics stakeholders
Execution of key strategies for identification of reporting related to data and processes that will identify gaps that could lead to financial risk related to pharmacy reverse logistics
Work cross-functionally across the organization to partner on value add ideas and opportunities to help achieve company enterprise objectives and goals related to pharmacy reverse logistics
Own the data integrity, accuracy and organization for reporting, monitoring and value add opportunities
Drive bi-annual/annual audits for key programs to ensure accurate execution, optimization, and compliance
Assist in continuous improvement responsibilities to improve steady state programs as markets change and opportunities present themselves
Assist standard operating procedures for all steady state programs, ensuring accuracy, training, and updates are made if needed; Provide recommendations for new processes and tools to enhance the performance and effectiveness of the team.Required Qualificiations:

• 5+ years of total professional work experience
• 3+ years experience in supply chain, analysis, retail, or healthcare

Required Skills:

• Proven ability to manage conflicts and influence teams across the organization
• Proven track record of managing multiple programs
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including advanced MS Excel and PPT
• Prior database experience preferably utilizing SQL
• Regularly identify, compile, and manipulate data to complete root-cause analyses and answer client questions
• Effective analytical skills, including the ability to quickly identify key drivers using Excel
• Intermediate Excel skills such as pivot tables, aggregate functions, reference functions, logic functions, and the ability to write nested functions
• Support client projects by providing reporting and key data extracts from proprietary data analytics software (such as Incorta)
• Develop processes for data validation and accuracyPreferred Qualifications:

• Broad Supply Chain and/or Store Operations experience
• Prior experience with Tableau or dashboarding tools
• Highly motivated and a natural problem solverEducation:

*Bachelor's Degree required; Major in Supply Chain Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics or related field (or related experience) Anticipated Weekly Hours

The typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
