Manager Product Strategy Planning

Job Description
This position can be Work From Home anywhere in the United States.

This exciting position supports our growing Individual and Family plans business, working in a dynamic environment with across many business teams. Core job functions:

- Provides support and ownership for individual and family insurance market within the Aetna Pharmacy Health Plan organization.
- Performs research and analysis on legislative, competitive and industry issues to recommend new products or product enhancements.
- Gathers and analyzes feedback in support of product initiatives.

Fundamental Components:
- Assists Product Manager in the ownership, development and implementation of fully insured pharmacy products and programs including product design, portfolio management and benefit build.

- Communicates product features, standards and fundamental components to the organization and responds to the needs of various stakeholders
- Reviews pharmacy communication pieces to various audiences for accuracy and completeness.
- Gathers and analyzes feedback in support of performance analysis for products and continual improvement
- Demonstrates and provides project management capabilities, with knowledge of product and systems.
- Supports form filling objections and collaborates with Product Managers to respond.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 60,300
Maximum: 130,000

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
- Experience in product management or pharmacy benefit management
- Familiarity working with multiple business teams

Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in project management and leading complex multi-year projects

Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
