Job Description
• This position is responsible for consulting on compliance issues regarding areas of federal, state, and municipal employment-related regulatory requirements (e.g., FLSA/ wage-hour; ADA/disability; FMLA/USERRA/leave laws; HIPAA, GLBA/Privacy laws, WARN, ERISA, etc.).
• Conducts internal and external HR-related audits, including retro-termination audits, wage/hour audits, and company/client audits and recertifications, and develops follow-up strategies and plans where necessary.
• Monitors the external regulatory environment and ensure applicable legislative changes are effectively triaged to Policy Managers.
• Assists with strategies for ongoing compliance with business retention requirements as a government contractor (e.g., special reporting requirements, unique background check requirements).

• Researches and assists with the develops HR policies and practices, based on legal/regulatory trends, CVS Health values, best practices, and business strategies.
• Aides in the development of Policy/HR documents and communications to deliver targeted messaging to impacted business units and key stakeholders.
• Prepares and files regulatory reports, fulfills policy redaction requests, and monitors annual compliance regulations.
• Promotes employment-related compliance awareness, education and training, monitor compliance with applicable federal and state employment-related laws and regulations; provide guidance to HR employees on Code of Conduct issues.
• Collaborates with IT and HRIT partners in the delivery of system capabilities to support company tools, policies and processes.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 60,300
Maximum: 130,000

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
• 3-5 years of experience in HR and/or employment law
• Wage/hour audit compliance experience
• Proven written and verbal communications skills

Preferred Qualifications
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and project management skills
• Strong collaboration with the business, key stakeholders and partner COEs

Education
Bachelors or equivalent experience
