Learning Performance Associate Manager

Job Description
In this role, you will lead virtual class facilitators, supporting trainer, learner and client groups. You will be a key partner to the PBM/Omnicare Training Delivery teams (up to Director level) in delivery strategy, train the trainer implementation, and onboarding activities for newly hired trainers. You will be assisting the Curriculum Design and Documentation teams through partnership in learner analysis, root-cause analysis in performance gaps, scheduling and project resolution design. Throughout the year, there may be minimal need for travel and opportunities to assist in curriculum development.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Design skills

- Minimum 2 years of Training Delivery skills

Preferred Qualifications
1. Advanced verbal, written, and presentation skills
2. Extensive experience with web conference softwares: Webex
3. Strong coaching and feedback skills
4. Practicing knowledge of adult learning principles and their application in the classroom and in course development
5. Excellent organizational, time management and problem solving skills for multi- demand and multi- priority environment

High School Diploma/GED required.

Bachelor's Degree preferred.
