Human Risk Management & Content Design Specialist

And we do it all with heart, each and every day.Position SummaryThe Content Designer and Human Risk Management Analyst will focus on custom content development, role-based training, and execution of human risk management initiatives in support of CVS Health's cybersecurity awareness and training program. This role will be instrumental in elevating and accelerating our security awareness program strategic initiatives, positively influencing security behaviors and fostering a cyber-aware culture across the enterprise.Primary responsibilities include:Content Creation and Management: Design and develop custom security awareness content tailored to business units, job functions, and emerging threats.

  • Create, write, edit, and proofread cybersecurity awareness and training content to ensure accuracy and relevance, incorporating human centered design principles.
  • Develop, manage, and update cybersecurity role-based training materials and resources in support of the enterprise security awareness program.
  • Maintain awareness of relevant regulations and industry standards for new or modified requirements.
  • Use analytics to measure the effectiveness of training and awareness campaigns, adjusting strategies, as needed.
Develop and Implement Role-Based Cybersecurity Training: Implement role-based cybersecurity training initiatives aligned with regulatory requirements and internal risk profiles.
  • Create and execute comprehensive cybersecurity training campaigns and training tailored to various employee groups across the enterprise.
  • Develop engaging content, including newsletters, posters, videos, and interactive modules, to reinforce security policies, requirements, and best practices.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars on cybersecurity topics.
Operationalize human risk management initiatives: including behavior analytics and targeted interventions.
  • Implement human risk management frameworks that go beyond compliance and drive behavior change.
Measurement, Monitoring, and Reporting: Measure and report on initiative effectiveness, using metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Track, report, and monitor the effectiveness of security awareness campaigns and training programs.
  • Prepare and present reports and updates to management on training program outcomes and metrics.
Communication and Change Management: Collaborate cross-functionally with compliance, communications, cybersecurity professionals, and business unit leaders to develop and implement training and awareness campaigns and drive adoption.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the information security organization to understand current risks, threats, and vulnerabilities.
  • Design and distribute regular updates to relevant learnings based on security incidents, policy changes, regulatory requirements, and emerging threats.
  • Maintain a clear and consistent communication strategy to keep the workforce and relevant stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Apply change management principles to drive successful rollout, adoption, and sustained engagement of enterprise security awareness program initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational culture and business objectives.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in information security, content design, and/or related experience
  • 3+ years of experience in content creation, instructional design, and user engagement utilizing eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe, Captivate, Rise)
  • 1+ years of experience with human risk concepts and behavior change techniques
  • 1+ years of experience developing, implementing, and managing role-based training

The typical pay range for this role is:$101,970.00 - $203,940.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
