We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated HR Communications Manager to join our team!

As an HR Communications Manager you are a Editor/Content Creator with admin access to publish and manage content in real time ensuring best user experience and engagement. You will support Benefits COE team with creating new communication assets - draft, review and finalize articles, stories, flyers, e-mails/e-cards, power points, etc. Please note that this role is an individual contributor.
Our Ideal candidate will also have experience in:
Coordinating print materials with print production team, obtain estimates, etc

Liaise with communications consultants.
Establish clear goals/objectives and measurements to gauge program success with vendor managers and SME's.
Develop and maintain communication plan for each program to boost utilization/participation over a span of time.
Ensure we are maximizing opportunities across the enterprise and communicating to all populations as applicable
Manage communications projects (e.g., budget, resources, production, distribution, evaluation)
Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports.
Maintain detailed project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, issues lists, etc.
Review all collateral to ensure that it meets the brand standards
Maintain a repository for campaign assets.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 60,300
Maximum: 130,000
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
5+ years' experience in large or jumbo corporate benefits function.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills
Expertise in written, digital communications or editorial work.
*Ability to work independently, perform multiple tasks, in a fast-paced environment
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Communications or relevant work experience
