Specialty pharmacy is the fastest growing part of the pharmacy industry. Come join us as a Customer Service Representative and work in our inbound call center to ensure timely receipt of life sustaining medication to our Specialty pharmacy customers.
Our CVS Health facility is located in Mount Prospect. We have an awesome pharmacy service team who support our customers and work collaboratively to achieve the same goal.

Through your skills and knowledge, you will be able to help our patients on their path to better health. Typical calls include questions which require research in numerous computer applications and results in problem resolution related to prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage.

We provide a two week training program and partner you with a senior colleague to ensure that you are comfortable and have the required knowledge to set you up for success. We also offer advancement opportunities so you can grow within the pharmacy or move into another role within our organization.

• One year experience in a customer service role or one year pharmacy experience
• Six months work experience with Windows-based applications like Windows, Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email applications
• Computer keyboarding experience, skills and aptitude
• Available to work M-F 1:00pm-9:30pm with weekend availability
• Prefer six months experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone
• Prefer Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, prescriptions
• Valid pharmacy technician license
• Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
