And we do it all with heart, each and every day.In this role, you are primarily responsible for uncovering and synthesizing customer attitudes and perceptions related to various aspects of the retail pharmacy business. You may also be responsible for 'owning' insights for specific parts of the business and customer (ex. Immunizations, OTC medication, etc.)You will work with business partners to understand objectives and context. Then, you will help plan actionable, insightful, timely, and cost-effective studies to uncover the relevant customer truths, and partner with research suppliers to execute the work. Learning plans may include a variety of methodologies and data sources (e.g., custom quant surveys, focus groups, ongoing trackers, syndicated data synthesis, reviewing historical documents, etc.). Upon completion of research, you will synthesize the insights into a comprehensive and actionable story. Responsibilities:

  • Collaboratively develop research plans to address needs of project and brand teams with input from supervisor. Successful research project management; development of and adherence to timelines and cost targets.
  • Use your understanding of the pharmacy consumer to actively participate in multifunctional team discussions and initiatives, identifying opportunities for teams to act on those insights and reduce the risk of business decision making.
  • Coordinate multiple external suppliers on design alternatives, executional conflicts, and analytical options, and provide actionable results and effective business judgment and decisions.
  • Identify and promote innovative market research processes or opportunities in new research methodologies, resource allocations (time, money), and effective research plan problem solving.
  • Seek to learn and master new consumer research methodologies from outside suppliers, from Senior Manager, and from research consultants. Participate in collaborative problem solving.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience helping to design, plan, analyze and execute successful qualitative and/or quantitative customer research across a variety of methodologies that meets business partner objectives. Demonstration of strong analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
  • Related experience in Retail, Pharmacy or CPG industry
  • Be proactive and a self-starter when approaching your work
  • Have a high attention to detail
  • Have strong project management skills
  • Be comfortable with a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Be adaptive to real-time change in strategy and scope, and able to pivot accordingly
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills

The typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
