Contract Operations Analyst, Senior

Among the Contract Operations, Senior Analyst's key responsibilities are monthly guarantee reporting, financial reporting, which includes but is not limited to reconciliation of payments made through financial systems as well as identifying potential future risk based on past performance. Additionally, the Contract Operations, Senior Analyst must be able to analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement either operationally or contractually as well as to estimate probability of guarantee failure. The Contract Operations, Senior Analyst is also responsible for reviewing Performance Guarantee requirements in Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Renewals (RFRs) for prospective and existing clients and providing a response within the pre-determined due dates.
This Contract Operations, Senior Analyst position requires working with business owners to review guarantees and assess risk, obtaining operational approval of non-standard guarantees, obtaining operational results and evaluating the data to ensure it is relevant and reliable as it relates to the respective guarantee. The position is responsible for interacting with, and resolving sales, legal, operational business owner and client concerns and issues, via telephone and email, ranging from routine to complex, as they relate to establishing and measuring of performance metrics and our contractual obligations.
• 3 or more years of relevant work experience
• 3+ year of experience in a corporate environment.
• Basic knowledge of the PBM/Medical Industry
• Detailed understanding of financial statements
• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience required
