Position Summary
As a team member of Caremark Member Operations, the CMO Workflow Support Administrator Manager is responsible for development of and providing user support for our workflow applications. Responsibilities include:
• Workflow development
• Assisting with product enhancements and maintenance
• Leading deployments
• Creating scripts and performing testing for enhancements
• Creating and maintaining documentation
• API and executable file creation and maintenance
• Maintaining Teams and Sharepoint sites
• Monitoring and resolving help desk issues
• Responding to user requests
• Creating and delivering training
• Assisting with projects based upon expertise and workload

Other responsibilities for the CSO Workflow Support Administrator position include, but are not limited to:
• Setting and meeting multiple established goals, priorities, and deadlines
• Ability to partner with CVS Vendors to develop enhancements and provide training
• Cross train on other critical roles within the CMO Workflow management team, and provide support as needed
• Collaborating with internal partners to assess processes periodically and recommend areas for improvement
• Ensuring all processes are executed with consistency, reliability, and accountability for internal and external members

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 60,300
Maximum: 130,000

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of business/client experience
• Minimum of 3 years workflow development experience
• Highly organized and detail-oriented in a process-driven environment
• Collaborative mindset
• Excellent communication skills
• Team-oriented attitude and approach to completing assignments
• Ability to communicate with and manage expectations in a cross-functional environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on-time
• Quickly identify and escalate issues in a constructive manner to the appropriate resource
• Demonstrate desire to take ownership of projects to see them to successful execution
• Ability to understand process workflows and cross-business impacts and dependencies
• Reliable, resourceful, flexible, and known for a sense of initiative
• Professional attitude and work habits
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Office, and other business-related software

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Aprimo or Medforce workflow applications

Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business experience
