Develops and executes maintenance strategies, manages maintenance teams, oversees budgeting and resource allocation, coordinates preventive maintenance programs, and collaborates with stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective facility operations. • Manages day-to-day maintenance and repairs of grounds, exterior structures, buildings, equipment, and related utilities.

• Assists manager with complex repairs on malfunctioning RX equipment required in order to restore machinery to satisfactory operating conditions.

• Ensures a safe work environment by eliminating potential equipment safety hazards.

• Executes emergency plans, and maintains physical preparedness designs to assist and protect employees in emergency situations.

• Coordinates processes and assignments from the asset management system work orders and ensures entries are completed in a timely manner.

• Educates team in basic machine maintenance, operational safety, and troubleshooting procedures.

• Directs workflow of maintenance staff and monitors the performance of their assigned responsibilities.

• Manages operational aspects of the team (e.g., budget, performance, and compliance), and implements workforce and succession plans to meet business needs.

• Mentors and supports team members, assisting them in their professional growth and skill development.Pay Range: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00Work Hours

This is a 2nd shift position, Monday through Friday, 2pm to 10:30pm a nd flexible when business requires.Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years work experience

• Working knowledge of execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills

• Working knowledge of business intelligence

• Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills

• Adept at collaboration and teamwork

• Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skillsEducation

• Post secondary /high school education or specialized training, ie, technical/vocational programsPay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
