Job Description
Through complex negotiations and in-depth knowledge of Meritain's products and services, the Account Director will initiate actions which maximize revenue, retain, and grow large client relationships, and effectively position our products and rate/fee levels with an emphasis on expanding the assigned book of business. The Account Director will also provide guidance, support, and strategic leadership among the service teams assigned to their book of business.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 60,400
Maximum: 124,100
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
5 - 7 years' experience in Sales & Service - Account Management
Sales & Service - Complex negotiations
Sales & Service - Sales administration, support, reporting, Sales & Service - Self-insured/stop loss products
Sales & Service - Strategy development
Life, Accident & Health License
Preferred Qualifications
Ideal candidate will have prior experience in a client management role, demonstrated examples of owning/managing complex customer relationships and an operations background. Ability to manage for profitable growth, anticipate and respond to marketplace trends; develop strategies that drive the business; demonstrate cross-cultural sensitivity; integrate financial, marketing, and strategic concepts.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
