CustomInk, the "design online" leader in custom apparel for groups & communities, is all about bringing people together to be part of something bigger. That's what inspires our innovative online platform, world-class customer support, and award-winning work environment. We're looking to add an exceptional CMO – part performance marketer and part brand mastermind – to help us grow and become the preeminent custom apparel brand in the coming years.
We've got the raw ingredients... loyal and enthusiastic customers, growing market demand, strong operations, and a proven & profitable business model. Now we need to accelerate our transformation beyond conventional marketing efforts (such as Cable TV and Search) to new digital/social platforms and an integrated data-driven approach that drives long term growth.
In addition to leading "Integrated Marketing" (which currently includes our creative and merchandising teams, as well as traditional marketing functions), you'll be part of the Senior Leadership Team (reporting to our Co-founder & CEO), where you'll help steer strategy, product development, org design, and company direction overall.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of developing game-changing marketing programs at a senior marketing level with demonstrated leadership and experience building strong teams. Deep experience with branded, web-based consumer marketing (especially search, email, and social/digital) is essential. Merchandising experience and product offering development preferred.
