Payroll Clerk


Payroll Administrator will be responsible for the daily administration of the company’s time and attendance system and the processing of payroll.


  • Preparation and processing of bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly bonus payrolls; review and ensure accuracy of approved timesheets; process garnishments, child support and other payroll deductions
  • Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data
  • Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
  • Adhere to policies including compliance with federal/state/local regulations
  • Process manual checks for out-of-cycle payments
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential
  • Prepare reports for management; run and analyze payroll-related reports as needed


  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and work under time constraints
  • Proficient with Excel, Word, and other computer applications
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
  • Payroll knowledge
  • Kronos knowledge a plus
