Bilingual Senior Vice President for Retail Sales and Operations


The Senior Vice President of Retail Sales and Operations is responsible for managing the performance of all twelve Curacao retail stores across California, Arizona and Nevada. The SVP of Retail Sales and Operations develops and adjusts sales strategy, oversees in-store operations and coordinates with other business units to execute promotions and merchandising through the physical sales channel.


  • Manage P&L for all retail stores
  • Ensure the successful implementation of all initiatives to stores
  • Establish and maintain sales floor coverage model and labor scheduling to optimize efficiency and profitability of work force
  • Oversee all retail employee incentive programs, with objectives aligned to the company’s go-to-market strategy
  • Optimize non-sales operations across all stores, including warehouse and inventory management, customer service and repair services, and ship from store
  • Coordinate with digital marketing and e-commerce functions to ensure a seamless omni-channel experience
  • Collaborate with product management, consumer credit, marketing, and operations to ensure in-store experience meets or exceeds customer expectations
  • Oversee training program for store employees on products, services and sales techniques and ensure informed, knowledgeable sales force
  • Develop and execute all retail leadership programs
  • Manage communications and directives to district managers and store managers from corporate
  • Participate in cross-functional task forces and projects in other areas of the business, as needed
  • Travel to stores across Southern California, Arizona, and Nevada, as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing or other related field
  • 10 years’ experience in the retail industry
  • Prior direct accountability for a P&L statement
  • Retail store management experience
  • Knowledge of related retail disciplines such as product management, merchandising, marketing, digital channels and operations
  • Familiarity with performance dashboards and managing business intelligence KPIs
  • Fluency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with consumer credit products strongly preferred
  • Experience working in multi-cultural environments strongly preferred
  • Ability to converse in Spanish
