We are looking for a talented Inside Sales Coordinator ( Specjalista ds. Sprzedaży) to join our team specializing in Sales for the Parts Department in Lubin, Dolnośląskie, Poland .

Qualifications
- To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Strong customer focus and communication skills to effectively convey information and solutions.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and departments to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
- Adaptability to handle complex or unclear situations, making informed decisions independently when necessary.
- Organizational and analytical skills to track orders, inventory, and sales pipeline effectively.
Education/ Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant work experience or specialized skills gained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
- Experience supporting customer-facing sales teams, order management, or inventory coordination is highly valuable.
- Familiarity with sales processes, forecasting, and pipeline management preferred.
- Fluent in the English and Polish language.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries via calls or emails, ensuring leads are accurately qualified and routed to the appropriate sales professional.
- Prepare accurate and timely budgetary quotes for a range of job complexities, supporting the sales force with technical data and lead times.
- Support customer visits and events, making informed decisions when procedures are unclear to maintain business continuity.
- Process orders efficiently, including acknowledgements, invoices, and shipping notices, ensuring smooth order flow.
- Communicate inventory, order, and shipping status to the sales team, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
- Address customer concerns directly when possible, collaborating with internal teams for complex issue resolution.
- Monitor stock and inventory levels, taking proactive actions to prevent shortages and support sales continuity.
- Assist branch personnel in driving product sales across customer segments, contributing to revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
