Description
- Develops opportunities to increase sales by identifying, researching and contacting potential customers. Develops and executes account plans for key prospects and makes in-person sales visits.
- Seeks and develops new opportunities to expand business. Develops/executes account plans with coaching support. Achieves sales goals for marine engines and generators in the region, market segment or channel partners under his responsibility.
- Contact with customers(prospecting,negotiation,proposal presentation,negotiation/sales,commercial request) and engineer performing specifications as well as connection/communication with factories outside of Brazil using English;
- Consolidates information in CRM, feeding all opportunities and contacts, closed and lost business, generating statistics and reports for presentation to management.
- Understanding customer needs and priorities to identify and offer Cummins solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing and/or Sales related fields.
- Experience in sales of marine engines and generators (recreational, offshore support shipping, pilotage and Oil & Gas).
- Experience in CRM system
- Experience in prospecting and maintaining customer portfolio
- Advanced English
