RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a LIDER DE SERVICIOS talent, to join our specialized SERVICE team for our DISTRIBUTION BUSINESS department for SAN PEDRO SULA, CORTÉS, HONDURAS.
In this position you will have an impact by:
- Supervising Service Technicians and/or Service Team Leaders; coordinating and scheduling Technician work schedules; communicating repair plans to Technicians aligned with customer quotes; monitoring Technician productivity and repairing quality.
- Providing coaching and feedback to individual Service Technicians and/or Service Team Leaders; providing performance reviews and opportunities for professional growth.
- Providing first level of support to Service Technicians requiring assistance; escalating technical support needs for resolution when needed.
- Managing service logistics including use of materials, equipment, and employees ensuring safety, quality, and efficient operations.
- Developing and/or reviewing quotes for accuracy prior to communication to customers; providing updates on repair status and any plan or schedule changes.
- Participating in continuous improvement activities by reviewing, changing, and improving processes in line with changing customer expectations/organizational goals.
- Monitoring the status of open repairs with technicians; addresses issues that impact completion of the repair plan in the time quoted to customers.
- Monitoring goals and targets for the branch; measuring, reviewing, and maintaining superior customer satisfaction levels.
Resolving customer concerns related to the enterprise or distributor warranties; developing strong relationships with key customers through frequent and professional communication.
QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this position, you will need:
- Intermediate level of technical industry experience, including team leadership experience (required).
- Identifies gaps and assists in developing dealer service capability; participates and works effectively with regional business unit leaders to ensure respective business support and customer support initiatives are properly implemented in the territory; ensures implementation of key performance indicators, assessments, and Distributor certification programs.
- Works with distributors and regions to develop annual operating plans for service investments, including training and key tools.
- He is responsible for the training of direct personnel under his orders and those indirectly under the department.
- Collaborate with those responsible for Health, Safety, and the Environment for the optimal performance of the Distributor, ensuring that all collaborators in the department are aligned with the culture.
- Analysis of sales projection and closing, supervise and coordinate the activities of the service department to improve profitability and meet the objectives established by the Distributor.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years leading teams in service workshops, knowledge in Power Generation, Compressed Air and Engines.
- Final degree: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- Desirable: Master's degree (Project Management, Business Management...)
- Language: Intermediate English (Advanced desirable).
