- Operate and troubleshoot machines/processes required to manufacture Set up and operate assigned machines in area to produce finished product Apply all safety, quality, ITAR, and other plant processes and procedures to the products Complete proper paperwork per station Keep work area safe and clean (5S - Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) Assume responsibility for quality workmanship that meets and/or exceeds customer expectations
- Ability to work well with others Ability to follow directions Ability to read blueprints, job data sheets, safety instructions, etc. Good written and oral communication skills Self-motivated
- 1-2 years experience working in a similar position is preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs Must be able to walk/stand at least 75% of the time
Base hourly rate commensurate with experience.
