Qualifications

• 
  Embedded software design capabilities: Use standard engineering software to develop embedded software, carry out component development, and verify software updates.
• 嵌入式软件设计能力：使用标准工程软件开发嵌入式软件，进行组件开发，验证软件更新。
• Calibration development and integrated management capabilities: Based on the project, lead cross-functional team development, integration of calibration products, and release calibration; lead the development, delivery and demand change management of new electronic control requirements.
• 标定开发及集成管理能力：基于项目牵头跨功能团队开发、集成标定产品，发布标定；牵头新电控需求开发、交付及需求变更管理。
• Electronic control design verification and product verification capabilities: coordinate the development and design verification of electronic control systems, system verification plans, and support product decisions.
• 电控设计验证及产品确认能力：协调电控系统开发设计验证，系统验证计划，支持产品决策。
• Problem solving ability: use the company's standard process to solve product problems, analyze the cause and find the root cause, summarize and archive.
