CRM and Customer Management Lead

The Opportunity
We are seeking a CRM and Customer Management Lead to join our ANZ Commercial team. This role reports to the Associate Director - Business Analytics and works closely with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Digital Transformation teams to ensure our CRM platform (Veeva) delivers maximum value.
The Role
- Own and manage the Veeva CRM (C360 Engage) platform for ANZ, including roadmap, enhancements, and integrations.
- Ensure customer data integrity and governance across systems and processes.
- Liaise with IT and Business Analytics to manage backend integrations and optimize data flow.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate updates to Sales teams.
- Provide strategic guidance on customer segmentation, targeting, and profiling.
- Lead CRM-related projects including UAT, training, and implementation.
Your Skills and Experience
- 4-7 years experience managing CRM systems, preferably Veeva (C360 Engage, CRM, Align, Network).
- Proven experience in CRM system configuration, integration, and project delivery.
