Workflow Coordinator

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, confident Transactional Fulfillment Workflow Coordinator in our Washington, DC office who will thrive in a fast paced environment. This person will mentor a team of Customer Service Fulfillment Specialists. This team works behind the scenes to help our clients to stay in legal compliance by assisting with electronic filings, updating customer records, researching jurisdictional requirements and retrieving documents.

Some of the things you will be doing:

  • Ensuring that the team continues to improve productivity and efficiencies while developing team members
  • Work closely with Team Leader to help promote a positive working environment
  • Ability to develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with others
  • Ensuring the highest levels of service and client satisfaction across all service offerings in order to retain, satisfy, and fulfill the needs of CSC's customers
  • Designing and implementing improved processes
  • Responsibility for development and training of employees
  • Become a subject matter expert in all areas of corporate transactions
  • Documenting procedures
  • This position is for a hands on, working leader and will require approximately 85% of their time fulfilling order requests.
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
  • 1+ years of leadership experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • A proven history of successfully mentoring and developing employees
  • An understanding that his/her success is interdependent with the success of his/her team, and a commitment to do everything possible to ensure the team's success
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and via email
  • Strong writing and computer skills
