Position Summary

The Vendor Relationship Partner will work closely with our Product Managers and internal teams to successfully manage our strategic vendor program. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the oversight of vendor performance, regulatory compliance, marketplace cost superiority, and the development and maintenance of all aspects of a preferred vendor program.

What you will do for us:

  • ICANN and Registry Compliance coordinator

  • Develop a vendor management program

  • Review, author and maintain contract documents, including service level exhibits, and statements of work

  • Develop data analytics to assess and measure vendor performance, risk and costs

  • Create and present reports concerning vendor risk, performance, incidents and other vendor related metrics to management including analysis and recommendations

  • Coordinate and align internal teams to review vendor performance

  • Establish formal process and governance to develop and manage a strategic vendor program which ensures the delivery of strategic alignment, value realization, portfolio management, sponsorship and accountability, risk management, Vendor Management Office (VMO) process and policy adoption

  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients

    What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need? :

  • An understanding of Total Value Management, Performance Management and Total Quality Management (services, operations, product, supply chain, etc.)

  • Contract and Relationship Management experience

  • Experience in compliance management, risk reduction and process efficiency improvement

  • Experience in data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence

  • Experience in managing a vendor collaboration framework

  • Knowledge of vendor innovation / marketplace differentiation

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Demonstrated advanced Excel skills required (pivot tables, v-lookups, ASAP Utilities, Macros and Formulas)

  • A proven track record of achievement and strong performance

  • Effective written and verbal communications

  • Ability to work independently and function as part of a team, and across teams

  • Strong time management, research & analytical skills

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to travel as needed

  • Proficiency either through existing or acquired knowledge using Oracle Vendor module

  • Ability to set and execute program goals which align with the Digital Brand Services strategic objectives

  • Experience in Supply Chain or Vendor Management, Domain Management and leadership a plus
