As a Business Advisor, you will be operating in a sales capacity with opportunities to represent the company across multiple regions. You will also demonstrate your own knowledge, expertise and customer service skills through regular customer interactions.

Qualifications (Required):
Business Development and Sales Responsibilities

  • Respond to potential client inquiries by providing details regarding the services offered by CSC, fee structures, incorporation and annual compliance requirements for China companies, WFOE structures and taxation, and bank accounting opening formalities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners.
  • Seek out new business opportunities via partner relationships and event attendance
  • Cross-sell CSC services to existing clients.
  • Participate in CSC's business development and marketing initiatives by attending networking events, speaking at in-person seminars and online webinars, and sharing CSC's marketing content with clients, potential clients, and referral partners

    Customer Service Responsibilities

  • Act as CSC's primary point of contact with local clients to ensure responsive and high-quality customer service.
  • Work closely with CSC's local tax, accounting, corporate secretarial, and trade support teams to assist clients in their daily business operations, and communicate any upcoming deadlines or missing documentation.
  • Resolve client service issues with direction from CSC's in-house accountants and corporate secretary
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients through regular contact by phone, email, and in-person meetings to address client needs / requests.

    Qualifications (preferred):
    Education, Experience, Certification and Training Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in law and/or accounting (preferred). Other business, logistics, or related fields will be considered.
  • 3-5 years' work experience selling and supporting clients in related industries (accounting, law firms) or secondary business lines such as automotive, trade, engineering, high-technology, etc...
  • Higher Education, relevant work experience, Certification and Training a plus
  • Knowledge and experience with China's SAFE circular 37 and 7 for foreign investment would be beneficial

    Job Skills and Competencies

  • Comfortable working in a multilingual environment; Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must. Candidates who speak Cantonese as well will be preferred.
