Customer Service Representative

Springfield, IL

Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Customer Service Representative for our Springfield, Illinois office to work to help our clients stay in legal compliance by assisting with Motor Vehicle transactions, updating customer records, researching jurisdictional requirements, and assisting with project management. As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in a challenging, fast-paced environment with our corporation, financial, law firm and small business customers to provide them with solutions to fulfill their motor vehicle needs.

  • Research and analysis of motor vehicle documents
  • Uploading client information
  • Serve as a liaison between the client and vendors
  • Work with internal and external clients
  • Prepare estimates of fees and requirements for motor vehicle transactions
  • Handling customer billing and invoices
  • Communicating results and sending results through internal systems to customers
  • Intake and release of vehicle titles via the Collateral Agent System
