Customer Service Team Leader

As a Team Leader, you will lead a team of customer service specialists and leaders in various locations across the United States, tasked with the intake and processing of time-sensitive legal documents for customers ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.

Some of the things you will be doing:

  • Ensuring the highest levels of productivity and quality and fulfillment of the needs of CSC's customers
  • Managing the strategic development of the existing client base by enhancing relationships at all levels within the client's organizations
  • Directing and overseeing all aspects of an CSC's customer service policies, objectives, and initiatives
  • Designing and implementing improved processes or operational policies
  • Responsibility for the full spectrum of employee management, development and training
  • Project management for corporate notifications via email and USPS
  • Building relationships and negotiating contracts with multiple vendors

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

  • 5 plus years of leadership experience, preferably in customer service or corporate production environment
  • A proven history of successfully mentoring and developing employees
  • Previous experience working with technology teams to launch new products and services
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and via email
  • Excellent change management skills
  • Ability to link day-to-day activities with overarching strategic goals
