Customer Service Associate

Mon-Fri 9am-6pm

Any CSC Office Location

CSC's Compliance Support Team is seeking a Service Specialist to assist with our growing compliance operations. A successful candidate will develop a deep understanding of how our Company Records impact annual report filings, research and report findings for delinquent and revoked entities enrolled in the service, and support our client-facing team members by preparing and sending monthly client notifications, along with other duties as assigned to support our customers' needs.

We are looking for a self-starting individual who is passionate about customer service, has an interest in learning our reporting tools and is comfortable with shifting priorities that are dependent upon the expanding needs of the department, and our customers.

Some of the things you'll be doing:

  • Providing great service to internal and external customers
  • Assisting with client special project requests
  • Working with Domestic and International platforms
  • Varied work, learning and understanding multiple processes
  • Cross-trained on many different functions required to support the compliance needs of our customers
  • Customer validation reports, and making updates to their accounts
  • Process customer filings when needed
  • Invoicing when needed
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
  • Ability to maintain high quality in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • The ability to multitask
  • The ability to work independently and function as part of a team
  • Flexibility
  • Problem solving skills
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills/demonstrated ability to manage projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong time management, research & analytical skills
