Project Manager (Corporate Filing Team)
Monday - Friday 9 AM to 6 PM
As a Customer Service Associate/Project Manager, you will process incoming orders in multiple states and county jurisdictions. Once orders have been researched, the team is responsible for reviewing the documents, contacting new customers for onboarding, managing application configuration and timeline for set-up with customer, follow-up with customer to ensure needs are met, billing the customer in addition to sending results accurately to customers in a timely manner through our internal systems.
What you'll do for us:
- Building relationships with our customers to better understand their unique needs
- Fulfilling requests and answering questions for internal and external customers
- Responding to customer inquiries via email and phone
- Data entry of client information
- Maintaining and updating customer records
- Managing customer portfolios
- Navigating quickly between multiple databases quickly and accurately
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
