This is a unique opportunity for an experienced application analyst professional to take our service management capabilities to the next level, with focus on design, configuration, and support of the ServiceNow application.

CSAA, is seeking a qualified ServiceNow Developer to build business solutions aligned with the enterprise IT Service Management strategy. The developer position is a key technical role for implementing modern business solutions leveraging Service Now's integrated platform. The candidate will be involved with the design, development, and deployment of our ServiceNow Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog solutions based on the foundational data within the ServiceNow CMDB.

Developing and customizing on the ServiceNow Platform using Service Now's scripting language, JavaScript, CSS, HTML and other Web Based scripting.

Responsibilities Summary

• Engaging IT service owners, business process owners, and various service delivery group to design, deliver, and maintain Service Management solutions for the enterprise

• ServiceNow configuration and administration, management of instances

• Development and system configuration utilizing ServiceNow API's

• Developing workflow and perform discoveries per requirements

• Day-to-day operational support of the instance, as well as enhancement work for monthly releases

• Defining and implementing integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc)

• Communicating with end-customers and internal project teams

• Be a Service Management subject matter expert

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of the following skills:

• Hands-on experience as ServiceNow administrator, and successful ServiceNow implementation (at least 1 with references required)

• Demonstrated understanding of ServiceNow for issue resolutions, trouble-shooting, as well as researching ServiceNow functionalities to map & validate on-going operational processes

• Understanding of existing production environment of ServiceNow, its configurations on various modules and plug-ins and reporting

• Experience with discovery solutions, comfortable deploying discoveries in a multi-datacenter environment

• Ability to map business requirements into technical requirements for ServiceNow configuration

• Demonstrated aptitude in ITIL v3 framework, certifications a plus

• Strong javascript and SQL programming skills and experience

• Large scale Web software development experience HTML and XHTML, XML, CSS Strong AJAX development experience to include; familiarity with system programming and web protocols

• Experience of application architectures and best practices

• Ability to quickly establish ownership of areas of accountability

• Partners with customers, vendors, and cross functional groups

• Fosters open dialogue and always maintains two-way dialogue with others on work and results

• Strong English speaking and written communication skills with focus on customer service

• 7+ years IT experience, preferably within the ITIL and Service Management process automation disciplines

• 2+ years working intimately with ServiceNow
