The Quality and Campaign Deployment Specialist will be a member of the Marketing Deployment team, responsible for delivering Marketing Acquisition and Policyholder communications to AAA members. The team works as a self-directed team, proactively managing deliverables with strict timelines and commitments to ensure on-time communications.

Job Summary

The Quality and Campaign Support Program Specialist will be largely responsible for analyzing complex content tables and data, and will manage discrepancies to resolution by exercising judgement within given parameters/procedures, to ensure end customer communications are accurate. In addition, this Program Specialist will be responsible for the documentation and archival of assessments findings and resolution outcomes for all Marketing communications to Policyholders and Member prospects. A portion of campaigns are directly funded by AAA Club partners, so this function is critical to ensuring service level excellence.

The successful candidate in this position will be responsible for:

  • Utilizing customer insights, product knowledge and data to perform quality assessments against campaigns
  • Partnering with Partner Clubs to acquire, review and validate preferences and data for club sponsored campaigns
  • Preparing and deploying campaign meta-data by to enable post-campaign reporting and analysis
  • Creating and maintaining marketing processes, archives, samples, and other records such as calendars and logs
  • Creating and documenting processes and activities in support of auditing
  • Partnering with other internal teams and external vendors to accomplish tasks and research
  • May require travel (up to 15%)

Additional detailed Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Manage weekly and monthly direct mail reports
  • Analyze monthly samples and apply discretion with document procedures to identify and resolve data issues
  • Create Fact Sheets and distribute to Partner clubs and internal stakeholders
  • Review and analyze production matrix for acquisition campaign accuracy
  • Manage and review proofs of communication materials and provide to print and email vendors to ensure on-time campaign deployment
  • Manage deployment process for PH team for Bill Messaging and Bill Inserts
  • Liaison with Partner Clubs to maintain accurate data for Club preferences
  • Audit PH mail files, live audits, and RTMs prior to production release and document outcome
  • Create and manage meta-data for acquisition campaigns to enable tracking and analysis
  • Review and assess seed mail for production discrepancies

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Ability to achieve business goals by applying strong judgment, creativity and technical know-how to assess deviation from standards and resolve discrepancies in partnership with internal and vendor resources
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills in order to prioritize workload and ensure on-time completion of activities consistent with complex production schedules, with minimal supervision and general goals and direction
  • Excellent visual, verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail, including proofreading and editing capabilities in addition to data integrity assessment abilities
  • Ability to create, present and deliver clear and compelling presentations in a group setting to all levels of colleagues
  • General knowledge and experience applying Marketing concepts and production activities, including print production and mass email deployment
  • Strong PC skills including word processing and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel


  • Strong proficiency with PAS and other CSAA policyholder administration systems, or C360
  • Basic knowledge of marketing techniques
  • Knowledge of financial services industry

Education, Work Experience, Licenses & Certifications


  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience editing content and comparing data in preparation of customer-facing materials
  • Basic knowledge of and experience with marketing processes, including content and preference management


  • 2-5 years marketing, sales or general business experience
