We are the primary face and owner of the AAA claim experience

Our Claims Service Adjusters are solution specialists. From the first point of contact through final resolution we take care of our members through the claim process.

Our team works with people who have been in a car accident. As a AAA adjuster, you investigate the accident, determine who is at fault, and make the final decision on who gets paid.

$40,724 annually (higher salary may be available for candidates with previous auto claims experience) + 8% differential for bilingual English / Spanish

Ability to communicate effectively over the telephone using active listening skills

1-2 years customer service experience

Ability to type 30 wpm

May require Adjuster's license (state-specific)

Good command of the English language

Ability to work extended hours and / or weekends


4 year college degree completed and Bachelor degree received

Bilingual a plus
