We are the primary face and owner of the AAA claim experience

Our Claims Service Adjusters are solution specialists. From the first point of contact through final resolution we take care of our members through the claim process.

Our team works with people who have been in a car accident. As a AAA adjuster, you investigate the accident, determine who is at fault, and make the final decision on who gets paid.

Knowledge and Skills:

Ability to communicate effectively over the telephone using active listening skills

Customer service, decision making, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and time management skills

Strong computer skills

Ability to function in a team environment


1-2 years customer service experience

Ability to type 30 wpm

Good command of the English language

Ability to work extended hours and / or weekends


Four year college degree completed and Bachelor degree received

Bilingual a plus

Some claims or insurance experience is a plus

Candidate with Adjuster's License are a plus
