Talent Development Summer Intern

The Credit Karma Summer Intern Program is a 10-week paid internship program located in San Francisco, CA. During your internship, you will be integrated into a team where you will work on various projects to help Credit Karma fulfill its mission to make financial progress possible for everyone. Interns will have the opportunity to participate in weekly cohort meetings, team outings and events, and engage in discussions with Credit Karma leadership. As the company scales, so do our learning needs and opportunities to create new solutions, which is where you come in.  As a Talent Development Intern, you will work on challenging and creative projects that bridge learning gaps at Credit Karma. This is an outstanding opportunity to gain hands-on experience with all aspects of learning and development.

As an intern, you will:

  • Learn the steps in the development, delivery, and evaluation of instructional design by designing and organizing a summer learning series for the company.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews for training needs analysis and user experience recommendations.
  • Create and update internal learning resources, assets, and guides.
  • Manage the research and communication aspects of the Professional Development Program.
  • Build out an internship project around your own skill set and interests
  • Assists with special projects and other duties as assigned.

What we expect:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Organizational Development/Adult Learning/MBA  or similar discipline
  • Some training and/or project management experience a plus
  • Have a genuine interest in helping people succeed
  • You’re collaborative and like working in teams who will challenge you to excel!
