Sr. Manager, International Growth Marketing

The Sr. Manager, International Growth Marketing is a new role, and is critical to the development and scaling member growth.  The role is based in our San Francisco, California office.

We are looking for an experienced individual to introduce and grow our brand. If you have a strong business track record, are analytical and have a way of connecting the dots across a rapidly growing organization, this role could be for you!

What You'll Do

  • Drive marketing strategies - Ideation, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, testing, scaling &  optimizing
  • Champion your market, partnering across organization to drive member growth
  • Partner with international team to develop and deliver against a budget and forecast for your market
  • Create and communicate a clear growth plan, ensuring internal teams are aligned to the tactics and objectives required for success
  • Take & extend best marketing practices from the US to your market, then expand and develop your own practices
  • Use data to make decisions - data is the language you use to influence the organization, using testing, research and consumer insights to inform your day to day work

What We Expect

  • 6 to 8 years of relevant professional business and/or marketing experience
  • Technical degree (economics, engineering, statistics, math, etc.) preferred
  • Experience with direct response and performance marketing
  • Past experience working in a matrixed environment - partnering across teams that may have included Brand, Product, Product Marketing, Performance Marketing and Retention to drive growth
  • Strong self-motivation, project management and marketing skills
  • Innovative thinking, resourcefulness and a ‘roll up your sleeves’ attitude
  • You bring fun into what you do on a daily basis
