The CreditKarma Recruiting team in Charlotte is growing!  This is a RARE opportunity to work for a San Francisco startup in Charlotte - there's not another opportunity like it in the area.  We are more than just "credit scores" - we want to make sure everyone has access to great financial information that leads to wealth creation.  Join us!  We are looking to bring a Technical Recruiter on to our highly successful team.  We are competing to bring the best and brightest technical talent to Credit Karma, a mission driven financial technology company that is going through hyper growth.  You will support senior management on our technology team to bring in mission critical employees. Credit Karma is a fast paced environment with a healthy collaborative environment. You will report directly to our Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager.

What We Expect:

  • Attract the best technical talent from around the country for roles in all Credit Karma locations
  • Meet and exceed recruiting metrics (offers, hires, candidate experience)
  • Strong focus on sourcing to create a passive funnel of talent using various tools. Recommend new strategies and resources for finding and attracting technical talent
  • Build trusted and long-term relationships with hiring managers.
  • Develop strategic job plans for their requisitions and coach them on hiring best practices
  • Provide a stellar candidate experience and develop strong relationships with candidates
  • Attend local networking events to promote the Credit Karma talent brand and source technical talent
  • Work with the both the San Francisco and Remote teams on continuously improving our talent brand, recruiting processes, and candidate experience

Our Ideal Candidate

  • 7+ years of technical recruiting experience including sourcing, preferably with growing technology companies
  • 3+ years in an in-house environment, technology company preferred
  • Proven track record of finding and hiring top software development talent
  • Proven track record of a high close rate
  • Strong and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Relationship builder/networking extraordinaireHighly organized and efficient
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
