Senior Product Analyst

We’re looking for a Senior Product Analyst to help drive key product decisions in our auto insurance and auto finance verticals. If you love designing tests and turning analysis into tangible business results, this role could be the one for you. 

You will be joining our team in Venice Beach, CA where Credit Karma opened an office in 2017. Be part of a fast-moving, startup environment with the solid backing of successful and mature company. This is a great opportunity to help launch brand new products for Credit Karma's loyal and growing member base.

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct analyses and design tests to support new product launches, drive improvements to existing features, and inform the product roadmap
  • Develop learning agendas and test plans to support agile, data-driven decision-making
  • Perform exploratory analysis to generate hypotheses, identify gaps, and size opportunities for new product features
  • Partner with engineering and business intelligence to ensure proper instrumentation of new products and tests

What we expect:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • BS/MS in Business, Economics, Engineering, Math, Stats, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to problem-solve and understand key drivers of the business
  • Strong SQL and Excel skills with exposure to R and/or Python
  • Experience with software development a huge plusGreat communication skills with analysts and non-analysts alike
