Senior Manager, Loans Partnerships

Credit Karma is seeking an analytical, driven and results-oriented individual to help lead its partnerships and business forward within our fast-growing personal, auto, student and small business loan verticals.  In this role, you will use your relationship management experience to develop and deepen partnerships with a broad range of partners, from startup fintechs to the largest financial institutions in the world.  Given your expertise in our partners and these markets, you will work cross-functionally with product, analytics and marketing teams to help shape the overall strategy for our loans verticals.  Through your efforts developing our partnerships, you will be helping make financial progress possible for Credit Karma's more than 60 million members.    

What the job entails

  • Evangelize Credit Karma to current and prospective partners within our loans verticals, establishing and developing partnerships that power the ecosystem of financial products available on Credit Karma
  • Use business acumen, analytical skills and relationship experience to market and execute complex initiatives, such as onboarding new partners or develop integrations with existing partners
  • Play a key role in guiding strategy within our loans verticals by providing perspectives regarding industry trends and partner needs/priorities to your cross-functional teammates 
  • Promptly, professionally and thoughtfully manage partner needs and requests in a fast-paced environment

  • Hyper-focused on partner satisfaction and substantial experience developing and managing complex relationships, with experience in a client or partner-facing role in a sales/consulting/business development capacity
  • Able to quickly understand partners' businesses and priorities and use that knowledge to advance the goals of our partners and our business
  • Both curious and creative, consisting seeking out ways to improve our partnerships and business 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and assert influence internally/externally
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented -- able to successfully manage complex projects
  • Team player that doesn’t view fun and work as mutually exclusive  
  • Prior experience in personal loans, auto loans, student loans and/or small business loans a plus
  • Prior digital marketing experience a plus
