Senior Conversion Optimization Manager - Growth

Credit Karma is evolving the way we make financial decisions.  With over 60 million members on our platform, we enable a huge percentage of Americans to make informed choices by giving free access to their credit reports and scores and truly free online tax filing.  Whether opening your first credit card, applying for an apartment, or filing your taxes, Credit Karma empowers you to make smart financial decisions.

This is a brand new role that requires a self-starter, who will be able to establish a new, scalable, testing and conversion rate optimization process while collaborating with numerous teams.  This position is responsible for all anonymous user conversion touchpoints spanning both user on-boarding and shopping conversion funnels.  The right candidate is highly technical, thinks deeply about user intent at each entry point, systematically constructs testable hypotheses, and iterates to measurable lift.  This role will work cross functionally with product, design, engineering, and analytics in a highly matrixed environment.
