Senior Conversion Optimization Manager - Growth

This is a brand new role that requires a self-starter, who will be able to establish a new, scalable, testing and conversion rate optimization process while collaborating with numerous teams.  This position is responsible for all anonymous user conversion touchpoints spanning both user on-boarding and shopping conversion funnels.  The right candidate is highly technical, thinks deeply about user intent at each entry point, systematically constructs testable hypotheses, and iterates to measurable lift.  This role will work cross functionally with product, design, engineering, and analytics in a highly matrixed environment.

What You Get To Do

  • Work cross functionally to strategize and develop a clear testing roadmap that supports marketing initiatives across channels and device types
  • Lead ideation and execution of a high volume of tests on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Clearly communicate testing plan and key results to a spectrum of audiences
  • Be the central lead across Product, Analytics, Engineering and Design in heavily matrixed role
  • Make a visible impact on how users experience Credit Karma  

Our Ideal Candidate

  • BA/BS in quantitative discipline, Masters is a plus
  • Track record of achieving statistically significant lift via conversion rate optimization in high growth, consumer facing technology platforms
  • Familiar with leading testing platforms, such as Adobe Target, Optimizely, or VWO is a plus
  • Technically strong  - knows how to size projects between quick front end vs heavy back end, communicates well with engineers, and lives in “Inspect” model
  • Incredibly responsive and solution-oriented -- operates at a high tempo and has an unrelenting drive to see efforts through to positive impacts on our users
  • Both creative and tenacious - capable of quickly understanding business stakeholder priorities and using that knowledge to advance the goals of your initiatives
  • Team-first, high energy, low ego, and passion for financial technology
  • Musician, board gamer, crossword puzzler, or outdoor enthusiast is a plus!
