Product Readiness Manager (Member Support)

As a Product Readiness Manager, you will collaborate across disciplines to enable flawless product support and member engagement. Your role will be critical to ensuring member support teams are prepared for product releases and members feedback is utilized to improve product. You must be responsive, flexible and able to succeed within an open collaborative environment. The person filling this position must be proactive and possess a desire to succeed in a challenging environment. Strong leadership, communications, networking, and team-building skills are essential.

What You'll Do:

  • Ensure all stakeholders understand impact of new releases
  • Elevate risk and escalate issues as needed
  • Document and implement new processes effectively through change management and cross-functional collaborations with member support, product, technology, business development, and marketing
  • Influence decisions through collaboration, leadership and customer-focused approach
  • People manager: lead, coach, develop, and manage priorities for a team
  • Develop and drive strategy & planning
  • Works closely with each stakeholder team (product, marketing, business development, and member support) to maintain and enhance solution readiness deliverables
  • Assess current business processes for improvement opportunities
  • Drive alignment and consistency in solutions, ensuring they meet CK strategic goals
  • Define and drive New Product Readiness (NPR) / New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and plans
  • Works closely with product marketing to influence product and positioning decisions made to consumer facing products
  • Develop and maintain release readiness framework to ensure learning/process improvements are realized and higher quality releases are achieved

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years of successful experience working in Marketing, Customer Support, Product Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Ability to effectively lead concurrent complex projects/programs with geographically dispersed teams
  • Demonstrate customer management skills
  • Experience in product launches and/or release management and/or process management
  • Exceptional ability to build relationships and influence in a matrix organization
  • In-Depth experience in program and/or project management
  • Excellent communicator and excellent problem solving skills
  • Strong analytical and business process re-engineering skills along with a maniacal attention to details
  • Ability to work with ambiguity
  • Self-motivated and driven individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced & dynamic environment
