Office Coordinator

The Office Coordinator will be responsible for providing a great workplace experience. They will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day office operations and managing administrative activities to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

We are looking for someone who is flexible, reliable, outgoing, professional, and has a positive working attitude.

This role will be located in San Francisco, CA office.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the face of the San Francisco office. Front office duties include greeting clients/guests, answering incoming phone calls, and handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Manage our digital visitor registration system with a personal touch
  • Assist with coordination of office operations: mail, food catering, spa program, snack & beverage programs, guest services, office supplies, vendor management
  • Help to coordinate the purchasing of everything from office supplies to computer equipment
  • Assist with office expense reporting
  • Assist with new hire coordination
  • Flex your creativity by helping to develop new operational procedures to make our office even more efficient
  • Assist with fire safety drills and act as fire warden for the office
  • Research, brainstorm and problem solve as needed when new projects come up

What We Expect:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative/office role in a fast paced, rapid growth company
  • Familiarity with Google Apps, Microsoft Office and ability to learn new technology quickly
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Personable, smart, dependable, hardworking and loves to work in a collaborative environment with people who also exhibit these qualities
  • Deliver high quality results in everything they do, personally and professionally
  • Strong sense of drive and motivation to be a self-starter and learn new skills quickly
