The Marketing Manager, Member Engagement is key to driving CK’s engagement engine for the credit cards vertical. Your mandate is to keep users engaged on our platform by designing highly personalized messages and product experiences that touch millions of members every day across multiple channels (including email, push notification and in-app). In addition, you enjoy making data-driven decisions and executing with product and engineering to implement growth strategies.  Are you ready to help CK grow beyond 100 million members & implement personalized retargeting strategies across the entire member base? What You Will Do:

  • Own engagement initiatives from inception to launch across email and in-app messaging
  • Own forecasts and deliver on revenue goals for the credit cards engagement team.
  • Use data to identify opportunities to engage with members as well as to define segmentation and targeting strategies
  • Work closely with Copy, Design and Brand to transform your ideas into compelling and personalized messages and product experiences
  • Design and implement A/B tests to optimize each and every component of the notifications and landing pages prior to full launch
  • Hone your strategic thinking - transform large data sets into a story that helps senior leadership make decisions

What We Expect:

  • 3-6 years of professional experience in a quantitative field
  • Technical degree (Economics, Statistics, Math, etc.) preferred
  • Experience with overall marketing strategy, including opportunity assessment and customer segmentation (1+ years of experience)
  • Track record in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Hands-on, high capacity doer, multi-tasker
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Familiarity with SQL a plus but not a requirement
