As a Brand Analyst, you'll be a key member of our newly-formed brand team with a focus on driving consideration for our brand and awareness of our products, aggregating data from 3rd party platforms and drawing key insights, optimizing our marketing claims, and collaborating across the organization with creative, product marketing, sponsorships, research, and CRM teams.

  • It's an entrepreneurial role on a new team that encourages autonomy but has management support

What you'll get to do:

  • Drive clear POVs on CK audiences, CK business categories, culture, and competitive activity
  • Be the primary owner of our creative insights platforms and brand tracking data, and draw powerful hypothesis and conclusions from the data
  • Develop a holistic view of our claims and substantiation, and be the core resource for how our reasons to believe can be best utilized in marketing
  • Support creative strategy by developing creative briefs
  • Support research projects designed to understand our audience more clearly and insightfully

What we're looking for:

  • 4+ years in a Digital Strategy or Brand Strategy role, at either a creative agency or in house at a consumer brand

What we would like to see:

  • Experience in a fast paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Experience aggregating and manipulating data and research in order to bring more effective marketing ideas to market
  • Basic understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods, including creative testing and optimization
  • Experience developing insights and unique attributes against consumer audiences
  • Interest in working on and learning about brand sponsorships (sports, entertainment, etc)
  • Experience working on a financial services brand
  • A passion for wearing many hats and being a voice in many different rooms
  • A hunger to learn and a willingness to lead
