Quadrant Coordinator


Job Scope

Organize,account for and facilitate the movement of vehicles to, from and withinassigned quadrant staging area in support of auction operations. This is an outside position exposed to weather elements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conductperiodic scanning of vehicles within quadrant to verify assigned inventory
  • Verifyvehicles are properly identified (stickers affixed, markings in place)
  • Ensurevehicles are placed in proper order for sale
  • Tag andcoordinate movement of disabled vehicles from staging area
  • Communicatewith other units in auction process to ensure coordinated staging effort
  • Enter vehiclerelated data to computer system
  • Monitorvehicle movement thorough all processing within assigned quadrant
  • Observe jobrelated safety and health procedures
  • Perform otherjob related duties as directed by supervisor

Education & Specialized Knowledge

  • High SchoolDiploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’slicense with good driving record
  • Ability todrive vehicles with either standard or automatic transmission
  • Basiccomputer skills; operation of portable computer terminal preferred
  • Skill indelivery of customer service, multi-tasking, organization and detailorientation
  • ExperienceAuction operations preferred
