Cox Media Group Charlotte is searching for a highly talented Director of Sales with a proven track record of recruiting and developing sales talent and achieving revenue success. Responsibilities/Qualifications

  • Work in partnership with the General Manager and Sales Management Team to lead the CMG Sales Team.
  • Achieve revenue goals through the development and leadership of our CMG Sales Team.
  • Establish and execute a revenue strategy that maximizes TV and Digital media assets.
  • Recruit, train and develop highly talented sales professionals and serve our customers.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience and proven track record as a General Sales Manager.
  • College degree is also preferred.
