Accounts Receivable Billing Analyst

POSITIONSUMMARY:

The position will report to the Controller. The candidate must have experience incollections, cash application and billing. The candidate must be able to managemultiple assignments and priorities simultaneously.

JOB DUTIES:

Accurateapplication of cash receipts.

Dailycollection and reduction of past due account balances.

Maintainaccurate customer account activity.

Accurateentry of new and renewal contracts.

Monthlycreation and analysis of over 750 customer invoices.

Maintain an understanding of regulations and internal controls.

Highdegree of customer satisfaction, both internal and external

Other duties as assigned

JOB TASKS

Preparethe daily cash receipts batch.

Reconcilemonthly cash and credit card receipts.

Managemonthly billing process, input through distribution.

Prepareweekly open invoice reports for sales support team.

Contactall past due customers to secure payment, obtain payment status, or deactivate.

Sendinvoice copies or account activity upon request

Prepareand mail all customer statements each month with dunning letters if necessary.

Updateall customer related contact activity in CRM.

Workclosely with account managers and ad traffic team to reconcile monthly billing.

Managerelationship with the external collections agency.

Hostweekly AR status meeting.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

B.A./B.S degree is preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

Two+ years of experience in collections.

StrongPC skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Oracle EBS and Salesforce experience preferred.

Abilityto work independently and as a part of various teamsand meet deadlines

Team player who works well with both inter- and intra-departmentalstaff

DetailOriented with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

Adaptableto change and transition

Self-motivatedand highly proactive in offering constructive solutions

Ability to adapt quickly to changes in priority and to multi-task

Abilityto work overtime required during peak periods

Self-motivated with high energy level

Advertising orMarketing industry experience a plus.
