Summary
The Director, Client Solutions Architect is the subject matter expert on of the products, services, and solutions that Covius Document Services provides. This position is the primary resource for the Sales organization, Client Relations and the Client’s Project Management teams to work with in secure and define the project scope of work and business requirements. It combines technical and business process knowledge, with sales skills and applies practical information security experience to address the specific needs of the client, building strong relationships with the client to secure business requirements and providing high-level account management to ensure successful and profitable delivery of solutions.
Essential Functions
Support the development and coordination of Covius business strategy, products, and solutions
Participate in Sales meetings and engage with all Sales personnel to ensure the division’s products and services are positioned properly to all potential/existing clients.
Fully engage with each client or prospect, at all levels and functions, to gain a thorough understanding of the current business processes, pain points, business goals and respective verticals to position each solution’s value for each unique client or prospect.
Manage and prioritize the proposal process to create SOWs for each client solution and obtain stakeholder approvals of each SOW.
Assist sales team and product owners with responds to RFIs/RFPs, as needed.
Act as liaison between technology, operations, sales and the client to provide excellent communication of the client’s business needs and solution strategy.
Create in-depth system and process documentation that illustrates process flows, controls and integration points in order to communicate effectively with internal and external solution teams.
Lead the designated implementation teams to effectively manage, organize and communicate each client solution for each project’s implementation phase.
Develop specific processes to manage the business strategic planning development, maintaining and aligning business process and operations
Lead multiple projects simultaneously leveraging Document Services’ Standard Deployment methodology.
Author business requirements in sufficient detail to support development planning for Operations, Forms and IT development and deployment activities
Support sales through assisting in scoping opportunities that utilize existing/new features of our “end to end solutions”
Manage entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities; keeping projects on schedule, helping teams prioritize work (cross organizationally)
Build, develop and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Formulate, interpret and implement policies and operating practices
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
Experience
5 to 10 years of experience in a Financial Services role
Familiarity with the various servicing platforms, systems and software utilized by mortgage servicing entities
Experience with Microsoft Projects, PowerPoint, SalesForce CRM or similar is preferred
Essential Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Advanced knowledge in the areas of financial services loan servicing
Ability to lead professionals of varying levels of experience, creating a positive and collaborative team environment
Ability to visualize, conceptualize, design and implement original and creative ideas to directly impact and add value to the organization
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adapt quickly based on the needs of the departments and the organization
Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of employee, client, and vendor information
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and balance numerous priorities in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment
Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
High degree of professional ethics and integrity
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Working Conditions
Work is performed in climate controlled indoor administrative office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate, depending upon office or meeting location.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate. The employee frequently is required to remain stationary. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move 20 pounds. Vision: Close and distance required with ability to see objects in presence of glare or bright lighting (e.g., computer screen). Speech/Hearing: Frequently interact with management, vendors, coworkers, industry constituents, clients and the public.
