We're seeking Inside Sales talent to help facilitate the single greatest growth expansion in CoVerica's 30+ year history! As a $200M retail insurance agency, CoVerica serves over 25,000 North TX families and businesses by providing financial peace-of-mind and friendly, professional service. We're looking for fun, talented professionals interested in earning $70-$85K a year.

Whether working with existing clients to sell other products or taking inbound calls from new prospective customers; our Insurance Advisor Agents apply their sales and relationship building skills in virtually every customer interaction! Position Description:

Generate new business consistent with sales goals and client satisfaction objectives
Respond to leads quickly and effectively
Demonstrate credibility and trust throughout the sales process
Probe to understand the prospects insurance needs
Consult on coverage and price trade-offs to meet the client's needs
Closes the sale and ensures client knows who to contact for on-going services

Preferred Qualifications:

Out-going, high positive energy
Sales or service experience
Operate in a fast paced, changing environment
Ability to multitask and organize time around key priorities
Effective communications, verbally and in writing
Licensed P&C or Life insurance agent preferred, but not required
