We're Hiring for Sales Center

We're seeking Inside Sales talent to help facilitate the single greatest growth expansion in CoVerica's 30+ year history! As a $200M retail insurance agency, CoVerica serves over 25,000 North TX families and businesses by providing financial peace-of-mind and friendly, professional service. We're looking for fun, talented professionals interested in earning $70-$85K a year.

Whether working with existing clients to sell other products or taking inbound calls from new prospective customers; our Insurance Advisor Agents apply their sales and relationship building skills in virtually every customer interaction! Position Description:
  • Generate new business consistent with sales goals and client satisfaction objectives
  • Respond to leads quickly and effectively
  • Demonstrate credibility and trust throughout the sales process
  • Probe to understand the prospects insurance needs
  • Consult on coverage and price trade-offs to meet the client's needs
  • Closes the sale and ensures client knows who to contact for on-going services
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Out-going, high positive energy
  • Sales or service experience
  • Operate in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Ability to multitask and organize time around key priorities
  • Effective communications, verbally and in writing
  • Licensed P&C or Life insurance agent preferred, but not required
